Warning; If you are NOT sure about the installation of these grips, see a qualified dealer or technician. Improper installation could cause serious injury or death. 

 

Remove the original grips and adhesive completely to assure a quality installation. The use of brake parts cleaner is suggested. Once throttle tube and bar is prepped, make sure to identify the right and left grips for mounting. Right side grip will be thinner, left side is thicker. Use of a clear spray enamel paint is highly recommended and needed for use if grip warmers are used. Using a blow gun with compressed air is also recommended but not mandatory. Spray the clear paint to cover the entire inside of grip, with alignment bar at top, slide grip into position (assist with air). Repeat for opposite side. Allow grips to dry for a minimum of six hours, overnight is preferred.
